Station Square

This is our hub for all transportation. Located at the Rutherford Circle is a taxi company, bus & train station which is one of the maor hubs for the Main Line & Bergen Line of the NJ TRANSIT trains & main bus stop for busses going in & out of NYC to all of Northern New Jersey.

NJ Transit has 170 bus routes, 12 rail lines, and a subway system that covers 5,300 square miles of the Garden State. NJ TRANSIT also provides connecting service to major points in Philadelphia and NYC. Provides service to more than 307,000 passengers daily, getting them where they want to go safely and conveniently.

Trains

Rail service from Rutherford will connect with PATH trains at Hoboken Station going into NYC. The PATH drops you at the World Trade Center, Christopher Street in Midtown, 9th Street, 14th Street, 23rd Street & 33rd Street. For PATH info, call 800-234-PATH. You can get to any one of the 12 rail lines from Rutherford. The Bergen & Main lines travels from Hoboken to Mahwah than on to Port Jervis.

Busses

Route 190 travels from Port Authority, NYC to Paterson through Rutherford. It can be picked up on both sides of Union Avenue & Orient Way or at Station Square. Route 76 travels from Newark to Hackensack through Rutherford & can be picked up at Station Square.

NY Waterway Ferry 1-800-53-FERRY

Take the train from Rutherford Station to Hoboken station & hop on the ferry which will take you to the World Financial Center, downtown NYC. Or, take Route 3 west by car & park at Port Imperial in Weehawken & hop on the ferry which will drop you off at 38th & 12th in Midtown Manhattan.
